Dress Code

 

Students/Participants are required to be respectful towards each other and appropriately dressed in the premises during trainings conducted by Yogaprasad Institute. Yogaprasad Institute reserves its right to prohibit entry of Students/Participants in the premises of its training in case of unacceptable behaviour. The decision of Prasad Umakant Rangnekar (Founder of Yogaprasad Institute) in such case shall be final and binding on the Students/Participants. In this note “Training” or “Trainings” indicate non-residential seminars and workshops and residential retreats and teacher trainings.

Demeanour

Students/Participants shall treat all (Staff and Volunteers at the training locations) with due courtesy at all times. Service of the Staff and Volunteers shall NOT be utilized for private or personal work.

Acts which are Strictly Prohibited

Smoking, Drinking of Alcohol or use of illicit drugs and sexual intercourse is strictly prohibited in the premises of residential trainings.

General Health Condition

Any physical and mental health related advice and suggestions given at the Yogaprasad Institute’s trainings should not be used for diagnosing purposes or be substituted for medical advice. Always consult your doctor or qualified health professional on any matters regarding your health. Consult your physician before changing your diet, starting a Yoga physical exercise program. It is the sole responsibility of the Students/Participants to consult a physician prior to and regarding their participation in the programmes offered by Yogaprasad Institute. Students/Participants are responsible for their own physical, mental health and well-being during the trainings and are advised to practice at their own pace, respect their own limits and understanding the wider implication of their practices on their body and life. Students/Participants are required to inform their teacher of any physical and mental medical/health conditions or any changes in their physical and mental medical / health condition since their last training with us which might affect their participation.

Pregnant Students/Participants

If any Student/Participant is pregnant, and wish to participate in any of our trainings they are necessarily required to discuss their options with the coordinator or Prasad Umakant Rangnekar before the training starts.

Indemnity

Yogaprasad Institute does not provide liability insurance for the protection of children, parents, visitors, or others who may participate in any of our programmes. In consideration for their participation in any programme, the participants does hereby release and forever discharge Yogaprasad Institute and its directors, teachers, office bearers, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in any of our programmes. This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist.

Reference and Reading Material

Students/Participants may be given handouts, notes, course manuals and reading material during their participation in our trainings. These are for personal use of the Students/Participants only and cannot be circulated, distributed, printed, exploited, exhibited, transmitted, reproduced, broadcasted, adapted or posted in any public domain. Any such use shall amount to infringement of copy right and shall be dealt strictly.

Publication Permissions

Prasad Umakant Rangnekar owns the copyright to all of the content on this website. You are more than welcome to distribute the content as long as Prasad Umakant Rangnekar is fairly credited and a link to yogaprasad.in is provided to the readers. Please see below for a detailed explanation.

You are free to do the following without Prasad Umakant Rangnekar’s permission:

1) Link to yogaprasad.in website or any specific post from Prasad Umakant Rangnekar’s social media pages including Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.

During the trainings photographs and recordings will be undertaken. By being present in the training you grant your permission to Yogaprasad Institute, to utilize any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings and other references or records which may depict, record or refer to you for any purpose, including commercial use. This permission is for use anywhere in the world and on the Internet and for an unlimited period of time. You understand and agree that you will not be compensated or receive additional consideration for consenting to the use of the said material and that you will not be given a chance to receive, inspect or approve the promotional or marketing material, messages and/or content.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Yogaprasad Institute and the organisers are not responsible or liable for delays, cancellations, changes or losses caused by natural disasters, war, and threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents or any other events beyond our control. Yogaprasad Institute has a NO-REFUND policy for all its trainings unless and until specified.

NOT WITHSTANDING ANYTHING WRITTEN EARLIER, THE RIGHT OF REJECTION OR, TERMINATION FROM TRAINING COURSE, SOLELY RESTS WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF YOGAPRASAD INSTITUTE.
