Yoga Teachers Training

The second Yoga Prasad Teachers Training and Self Development Immersion (Yoga Alliance approved 220+ hours) took place in the mystical blue mountains of south India in a small village by the name Connoor. For 21 days the12 participants from different countries lived amicably to flower themselves through the wisdom of traditional Hatha yoga. The knowledge imparted in the course was on the lines of traditional wisdom of Hatha yoga and therefore it was wholistic in nature.

Yogaprasad Teachers Training Course 2013 – Testimonials

“During these 3 weeks, we dived into the depth of yoga, exploring and experiencing ourselves what Prasadji taught us, with love, patience, devotion and an extraordinary sense of adventure. More than never, yoga became « effortless & joyful. Probably the 3 most intense weeks of my life… Such a blessing.”

– Vanessa Uyttenhove (Belgium)

There are no words that can describe the experience of 3 weeks in the Indian mountains with Prasad Rangnekar’s YTT and Self Development 200 course. As already practicing teacher I could of course put my knowledge and practice in bigger picture and have a clear view on yoga science and the role of the teacher in today chaotic world of yoga styles and way of teaching. Asana practice was designed to each of our small group accordingly to our own needs and the theory of anatomy, yoga philosophy, different breathing techniques, mantras, japas were covered in practical way. However I was deeply touched by the energy of the group, deep commitment and clarity that was rising each day with more fire. The extra focus on our own development and understanding of ourselves in order to come in touch with our own teaching style and practicality of yoga not only on the mat, but in our everyday life, made of us the true 24h yogis. The 3 weeks were demanding and uplifting, but the true miracle happened once I was back home. As I was worked on myself with honesty and sincerity, my little microcosm started to change too and I can affirm that all my family and students, friends are still benefiting from Prasad’s teaching and my learning. Prasad was and is the permanent inspiration and support for all of us and I am recommending this course to everybody who wants to see changes in this world.
Don’t limit your perception of yoga.
Don’t limit yourself in yoga practice. Asana is not all in yoga.
Go deeper, dig deeper.
You deserve better than you think.
Don’t compromise yourself on the superficial things.
Let go deep in yoga, let go deep in your life…
By joining this YTT course, you are on the way…
